Brain Activity, Houdini & Unity

Brain Activity of both the surface level and white matter tracts of the brain. (Implemented in Unity).

I used medical scan data to generate the geo with LODs and UVs in Houdini. Custom shaders were created in Unity. Various FX and masking textures were created in Houdini and animated sprites were created in After Effects.

Responsible for creation of shaders, materials, lighting, White Matter Tact geometry and finalization passes on textures and surface geo.

Each Hemisphere contains over 50 controllable areas that correlate to the Broadmann Zones of the brain.
